Our garage packages start at $1,499 for a solid-color floor up to 450 sq. ft. Full-flake packages start at $1,745 for a one-car garage and $2,345 for a two-car garage. Your final price depends on size, concrete condition and the upgrades you choose, and it's confirmed in writing before we schedule.

Most garages are done in one day. A typical two-car garage is a 6–8 hour install. You can walk on it that evening and park on it 24–48 hours later.

Polyaspartic is more flexible, cures faster and stays UV-stable. Standard epoxy is harder but more brittle, and it can yellow in sunlight. That's why our full-flake floors use a polyurea base coat with a polyaspartic clear coat.

Yes. We assess every slab for moisture before we coat it. Moisture rising through concrete is a leading cause of bubbling and peeling, so we offer moisture-mitigation treatments when a slab needs them.

Yes. Our Essential, Signature and Premier full-flake floors come with a limited lifetime warranty against delamination, peeling and chipping. The entry-level $1,499 solid-color package doesn't include our written coating warranty.

Yes. If a quote is more than you want to spend, you can choose what goes into your floor, like skipping stem walls or flakes, and build a floor that fits your budget.

Yes. Financing is available through Synchrony. You can apply online before or after your estimate.

Yes. We coat warehouses, shops, airplane hangars, showrooms and commercial kitchens, plus patios, porches and pool decks. Larger commercial projects usually take 2–3 days, depending on size and prep.
